This is week is all about Black and White. Ideally this is monochrome or black and white images taken straight in the camera and not vivid colours converted in photoshop. Minor tweaks are allowed though.
So look for objects that are primarily monochrome black and white and see just how many you can find. I have a feeling this could be quite abstract too!
Then as usual, show me what you’ve taken via the challenge tag #lopcvphotochallenge
How is everyone getting on the my CV Photo Challenges during lockdown? Please do post them to Social Media using the hashtag below, I enjoy seeing them and reply to every post.
Right, week 14 is… Abstract.
Lets get creative and make some abstract photos, then show me what you’ve taken via the challenge tag #lopcvphotochallenge
This week I’m ahead of the game. I chose a new topic last night. Toys. Then photographed a sample image this morning for you! (If you wanted to know, it took 3 hours to create!)
So raid the attic search your kids toy boxes, build a lego set and get ready for the toy challenge!
Then show me all your creations and toy photos you’ve taken via the challenge tag #lopcvphotochallenge
I don’t know if you had the same issues, but I found last weeks challenge a bit tricky, trying to find interesting Red things! So this week is a little easier. Food! Just make sure you don’t eat it both photographing it
This image I photographed this week, wk 10, as my Wife wanted to open the Olive Oil!
I know we did in the Kitchen and Bottles and Cans challenges, for which some of us might have photographed food, but at least a direct food challenges allows us to open those cans or bottles!
So show me all your interesting food challenge photos this week via the challenge tag #lopcvphotochallenge
This week, I’m going for something a little different. I’ve decided to choose a colour, Red
So, again, how you interpret it is up to you. So, search the garden…
or, if you can do so safely, social distancing, find something red on your walks and get creative with your editing…
or find an interesting toy, and either place it somewhere interesting, or practice your composite skills.
Enjoy finding red things this week and I look forward to seeing your results. Remember to use the hashtag #lopcvphotochallenge in any social media platform.
Where do the weeks go?… Another week, another challenge.
This time it’s all about light. Show me what you can do with light. Get creative, get inspired, let’s see some interesting ideas on using light in your photos.
You could create some patterns.
Add some flare
Or some colour.
Have fun and remember to use the hashtag #lopcvphotochallenge in any social media platform.
Wow, I’m finding that the weeks in lockdown are actually going by quite quickly. Once again it’s another Sunday and time to set another challenge.
I found choosing this one a little tricky. It maybe overlaps a little with some other weeks, but it should then also allow you to get creative.
So, week 6, In the Kitchen. Anything goes that’s in the kitchen!
I had a root around my 100,000 photos for examples and couldn’t really find any that related to ‘In the Kitchen’ apart from my Soup photos from 2 weeks ago.
So, I quickly grabbed a few bits and took some shoots as examples.
Hopefully this will give a good diverse arena for some interesting subjects.
Happy shooting and remember to use the hashtag #lopcvphotochallenge in any social media platform.
