Long Exposure Photography (Part 3)
1 week after my last disaster with the ND filter, I’d bitten the bullet and purchased a LEE filter adapter and ND9 filter, albeit secondhand but in good conditions and was heading back to the same location of lovely streams on Dartmoor.
