Its strange, since updating the blog at the begining of the week, it now gets so much more spam. So I’ve installed more plugins in an attempt to slow it down, or stop it.

On a side note, looking at the new archives categories (still cant fix the font size) its interesting to see just how the blog entries have deminished over time. When I set it up, I had a lot to blog about and a lot of information to share. I now think I share more relevent information and not just the general chit-chat that I used to do.

Anyway, its interesting. Its also the weekend now, so off home.

Have a good weekend

Hopefully, in September, you will be able to buy from Lee Orchard Photography and Natart Photography, online!

The shop is progressing and although it will not have all the products available on it, it will have a big range and items available in each category.

If you have looked at our sites will know we have literally hundreds of images and lots of products, so fully populating the shop is a long job. However, if we haven’t put something on there yet that is available to buy, then just contact us and we’ll make it available for you.

Also, hopefully by October / November, we will be releasing our first book. It will mainly be images, but some text aswell and will be available to buy online and at the craft fairs.

So we are busy, working on these new items & new products. Hopefully you’ll enjoy them.

At last I have managed to log into my blog again!!

For some strange reason about 2 weeks ago I went to log into my blog and just got a blank page, but I have managed to sort out out and can now write entries again!

There is so much that I could talk about, but I am lacking a bit of time to do it.

So to keep it brief, soon, there should be new photos from the Farnborough Airshow, British Wildlife Centre, IOW Zoo ( a white Lion! ) and Amazon World.

The online shop is progressing well, with many items already added. New gift items have been created from the IOW Zoo and Airshow already. Some progress has also been made on Natarts Photography website, although that is pending more info from Nat.

It has been good to get out and take some photos over the last fews weeks. Its been very enjoyable!

In my spare time.. hmm… I have been creating an online shop to combine both Natart and LeoPhotography images, gifts and frames. This is a bit time consuming as, anyone who has looked at my gift pages know, there are just a few items to put on it!!

Once I had got my head around how it works, I have now managed to create a basic format that I can copy over and over again to add the items. So, in the last few days it has made a bit of progress.

Watch this space to see when I get around to releasing it!

A while ago I had a go at renewing a few of my older photo by creating some jpg hdr versions of them.

This worked really well and quite a few of them on flickr seemed to have been really popular. I did a similar thing with a Spitfire image and made it sepia. I was so pleased with the result, that last week I tried a few more.

This is another, quite normal bland image that has come to life with this process.

I can see myself using the process a few more time yet!…

Despite having less people visit than the Hampshire Open Studio, generally because we had fewer people during the week, the end result was much better.

I sold a few large prints and small frames, but lots of magnetic bookmarks and mousemats. Nat sold a medium framed picture and a few prints too, so it turned out to be a success.

Many thanks to all our visitors again and we hope to see you again next year and new faces too.

Dont forget we also do the Malting Monthly Market and will be there in July.

Sadly, it will only be in a hertiage status, but even so to see that magnificent aircraft in the air again would be amazing.

They then might use it on the open ceremony of the 2012 Olympics!
